Hello CoastObservers!

Another semester has passed since our last newsletter edition and we have many updates for you!

This summer more fieldwork campaigns started, which will continue until September, we presented the project results at different conferences, we held meetings with users, evolved on the validation of data, and had a wonderful project meeting at stunning Vigo!

Fieldwork, fieldwork, fieldwork

	This summer three fieldwork campaigns were already carried out! Our consortium has been busy sampling, mapping and going on fieldwork campaigns for the validation of Copernicus EU Sentinel-2 and -3 data. We invite you to check our post on the fieldwork carried out in Spain, France and Italy.
	Also, want to hear something funny? We lost a sensor during a sampling session. Fortunately, the Italian Police helped us find it. Thanks again for the great help!

CoastObs' project meeting

The whole consortium met for a project meeting at the Toralla Marine Science Station (ECIMAT) from the University of Vigo, where we got to visit the local mussel industry.
